This app is designed for logging scent work training with dogs. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.

1. Data We Collect

• Dog-related data you enter, such as dog names, dates of birth, training plans, and training logs
• Basic account information required to identify your account (for example, a unique user ID provided by our authentication provider)
• Technical data such as crash reports and usage information, collected via Firebase, to help improve app stability and performance

2. How We Use Your Data

• To store, display, and manage your dog training records
• To operate, maintain, and improve the app
• To diagnose crashes and technical issues

3. What We Don’t Do

• We do not sell your data
• We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes

4. Authentication

• You sign in using Google or Apple authentication
• We do not see or store your password
• Authentication is handled securely by the respective provider

5. Data Deletion and Account Deletion

You can delete most data directly within the app:

• Dogs can be deleted from the Dogs section
• Training plans can be deleted from the Plans section

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so by following the Delete Account option in the app’s Settings menu. Alternatively, you may request account deletion by creating a support ticket via the Settings menu under Support.

Once your account is deleted, all associated dog data, plans, and logs will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google and must be canceled through the respective app store.
